4.1 Deposits

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• After receiving a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirements have not been met.
• Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirements — the contribution rate may vary by game.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• zwin7 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer.
• After accepting a bonus, the next bonus may not be activated until the current wagering is complete.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Funds deposited via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are eligible for bonuses.

Compliance with the following betting rules on zwin7 is mandatory:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, zwin7 reserves the right to recalculate using the correct odds.
• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the bet amount will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zwin7 and may result in account closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts for betting or playing games.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other players or staff.

• Knowingly exploiting system errors or bugs.

zwin7 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.

• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).
• Self-exclusion under responsible gaming protection measures.

Before closing an account, zwin7 will endeavour to return the user's legitimate balance (after wagering requirements are met). However, balances may be forfeited in cases of prohibited activity.
